There’s this one mean guy in one of my classes. My friend said he’s gossiping about me in her math class. I even used to like him and I don’t know why — but now he’s bullying me too! What do I do?

And Vanessa‘s answer is:
“Don’t let bullies get to you, that’s the best advice I can give you. Because once you start letting it bother you, they start feeling accomplished. So I think that if you really don’t let it make you upset, the bullies will be defeated by you basically killing them with kindness. And that’s been my motto for the longest time — get to them through kindness!”
